The Principal Trainer I develops role-based training materials, maintains the Epic training environment, troubleshoots learner and application issues, and partners with Credentialed Trainers, application teams, operational stakeholders, and Training Leadership to support successful Epic implementations, upgrades, and ongoing education. Creating and updating end-user curriculum, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, playground exercises, E-Learning modules, quick start guides, tip sheets, and End User Proficiency Assessments (EUPAs).
