The role supports nationwide teams by providing assessment of organizational training needs, expert instruction, co-developing curriculum, and consulting with leadership to align training and business goals that builds technical expertise, reinforces safe work practices, and supports a services-based approach. Collaborate with content creation experts and provide subject matter expertise for the development and creation of presentations, job-aids, and documentation to enable WASH/Coinamatic/Hercules audiences to be successful with the full suite of OEM products within the company portfolio.
