Key Responsibilities: • Plan, develop, and coordinate in-house product training programs • Prepare training materials, course content, lesson plans, and training aids • Determine training methodologies and evaluate training effectiveness • Conduct classroom skills and on-the-job training in assembly and production areas • Support implementation of new training programs, processes, and manufacturing sequences • Maintain training rosters, examination results, and certification records • Monitor trainee progress and ensure compliance with training requirements • Continuously update training content to reflect new processes and technical changes.
