Nice to have: experience leading training for new store openings in new markets, a bachelor's degree in a related field, ServSafe Manager certification, or experience in ice cream, dairy, or quick-service food. You'll coach store teams in the moment, build up the trainers inside each store, and work with general managers and operations leaders to turn training into better store results.
