JOB DESCRIPTION <ul><li>Investigates training and development needs of employees in support of training needs analysis or other such projects.</li><li>Based on needs analysis, develops training proposal and/or other development activities designed to close gaps related to employees' knowledge, skills or behavior competencies.</li><li>Coaches managers and employees on training and development opportunities that relate to the identification of development needs and are consistent with Enterprise objectives.</li><li>Assists with the development of training and development programs as well as the delivery of such programs. May develop basic programs or straightforward job-related skills training.</li><li>Also, is certified to deliver various courses developed within the Company such as Train the Trainer courses or those courses obtained externally.</li><li>Prepares instructional materials and job aids for courses.</li><li>Administers scheduling of training facilities, the reporting of training hours and other related administrative duties in the training area.</li><li>Implements training requirements related to Enterprise projects such as Performance Management or Succession Planning.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>Experience and Knowledge of Precision Technology (Agriculture or Construction) desired</li><li>Experience and knowledge of Agriculture or Construction business segments desired'</li><li>Training Development Experience desired</li><li>Strong Microsoft Office experience</li><li>Experience with Adobe Creative Suite</li><li>Articulate 360 experience would be a plus</li><li>Video editing skills a plus</li><li>At times will need to drive to different company facilities (travel required)</li></ul>
