In this role, theBTTechnical Trainer develops training content across core enterprise technologies—such as AI technologies, Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, endpoint tools, and digital workplace solutions—and delivers engaging instructor-led, virtual, and on-demand learning experiences. Experience: 3+ years of experience in technical training, IT support, or instructional design within a corporate or enterprise environment, with the ability to deliver training on Microsoft 365 applications (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook), Autodesk Vault, CAD-related tools, manufacturing platforms, and emerging AI technologies.
