Oversee client services through frequent interactions with clients, applicable emergency contacts, service coordinators/case managers to ensure the highest quality of service is delivered. The DCW Supervisor is responsible for daily operations of the office, including but not limited to: Supervision, client service provision, compliance with State and Federal regulations, recruitment and retention initiatives, training activities, and client outreach and growth.
