Well qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas: Completing needs assessments or surveys to identify training needs and opportunities; Planning, developing, delivering and evaluating training programs to meet Department outcomes; The evaluation process to confirm return on investment in the use of resources; Development of online modules and contain knowledge checks to meet compliance requirements of regulatory agencies; Knowledge, and ability to use, learning management systems to deliver training content and track activity; Working with adult learners and best practices on effectively training adult learners; Coordinating programing with subject matter experts in developing effective curriculum to meet the needs of a diversified department; And, experience supervising staff. To qualify, your background must include a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant degree program and six (6) years experience in developing and delivering high quality employee development programs - OR - an equivalent ten (10) year combination of education and/or experience.
