Considerable knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically, Microsoft Word, Excel (analyzing data and performing calculations using databases and spreadsheets), Power Point; Google Apps; Demonstrated leadership and team building skills; Strong interpersonal skills; Ability to analyze data to make short and long-range decisions about the Career Academy; Ability to communicate clearly and concisely both in oral and written form using a variety of communication techniques and tools to ensure the appropriate flow of information, collaborative efforts, and feedback; Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school officials, school administrators, teachers, support staff, Career Advisory Board members and other stakeholders. Collaborates with school leaders to maintain fidelity of the career academy model including cohorting students, following a designated course sequence, and working with academy teachers to create a positive impact on student achievement leading to success of students.
