As the Director of HR, you will take full ownership of the human resources, recruitment, and healthcare compliance landscape across all three branch locations: Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage requisitions, sourcing strategies, recruiting budgets, job board spend, vendor relationships, and interview design across all branches. Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR leadership, including direct ownership of employee relations, compliance, full-cycle recruiting, recruiting budgets, and vendor management.
