As Senior Corporate Counsel, you will: Serve as ChristianaCare's primary legal advisor on physician arrangements, including physician employment, professional services agreements, independent contractor agreements, affiliations, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and other physician-related transactions. In this role, you will partner with executive leadership, physician leaders, Compliance, Human Resources, Finance, and operational teams to provide strategic legal counsel that supports complex healthcare initiatives and advances our mission of delivering exceptional patient care.
