Create and update training materials, manuals, OPLs, charts, graphs, and other visual instructional aids, including laminated materials and digital learning content developed within eLearning authoring platforms (e.g., iSpring) to support effective training delivery. Assist in facilitating training courses and conduct train-the-trainer sessions to equip trainers across departments with the skills and knowledge to effectively onboard and develop new employees.
