Therefore, the qualified trainer will be able to participate in training needs assessment using various techniques, conduct interactive and engaging training for individuals, groups and companies using alternative and non-traditional methodologies appropriate and effective for working with adult learners. The ideal candidate will have competencies in the following (but not limited to): schematics, ladder diagrams, troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, demonstrating training techniques, pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical and electrical systems, safety principles, and a familiarity with predictive maintenance.
