Directs the development of instructional programs (i.e., formal training in initial skills, advanced, supplemental, distance learning, and field training courses) for active duty Air Force personnel, ANG, AFRC, other U.S. military service active duty and reserve personnel, DoD civilians, other U.S. government agencies, and foreign military students. The course work must include study in at least four of the following five areas: Learning theory, psychology of learning, educational psychology: Study of learning theories as they relate to the systematic design, development, and validation of instructional material.
