Journeyman Electrician or equivalent craft credential required; Master Electrician license or General Foreman/Superintendent-level field experience strongly preferred; 10 or more years of experience in electrical construction, with demonstrated progression from field craft to leadership roles; Proven experience building and launching accredited apprenticeship programs, field leadership curricula, or workforce development systems from the ground up; Direct experience in data center, mission-critical, or comparable large-scale electrical construction; Demonstrated ability to develop workforce pipelines through partnerships with trade schools, unions, municipalities, and industry organizations; Strong executive presence and communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with field craft, operating company leadership, and corporate executives; and.
