Examples of specialized experience includes (1) Working with web-based theories, principles, practices, technical and non-technical elements of interactive multimedia courseware program authoring, developing and delivery, which integrates text, digital sound, animation, video, graphics, and interactive capabilities; (2) Working knowledge of planning, scheduling, conducting, and facilitating projects and studies to evaluate and recommend ways to improve the productivity of work operations in a program or support setting; and (3) Working with Contracting Officer Representative duties and responsibilities in regard Distant Leaming (DL) development by contractors.
