Reporting Relationships: Reporting to the Vice President, Human Resources, or Executive Director, Human Resources, this role is a core member of the functional leadership team and collaborates closely with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs), HR teams, and global business executives. Works closely with: Executive leadership, functional leadership teams, HR Centres of Excellence, regional and local HR colleagues, Finance, IT, Communications, Legal and external partners as required.
