The role leads assigned security personnel and oversees the Physical Security Control Center, security systems and security technology, visitor management, operational training compliance, and related security infrastructure across hospitals, ambulatory clinics, and other Nebraska Medicine locations. You'll lead a growing team while helping recruit and develop future security staff and ensuring our security operations are prepared to protect patients, visitors, colleagues, facilities, and the broader Nebraska Medicine community.
