Monitors all expenses for equipment, FF&E, construction, design, change orders, project scope changes, incurred by assigned projects to ensure the project remains within budget. Reviews/revises, with end users input, plans, specifications, drawings, etc., to be used for equipment/system modifications, installations, renovations and new construction projects.
