Provide direct patient care in a Level 4 NICU setting with a 71-bed unit, including 17 stepdown beds, caring for premature infants and neonates with cardiac defects, genetic disorders, surgical needs, ECMO, and cooling diagnoses. Maintain patient ratios of 1:2 (ICU) and 1:3 (Level 2) in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, midlevels, respiratory therapy, and pharmacy available around the clock.
