This position has supervisory responsibilities, including hiring and training warehouse employees, overseeing the daily workflow of the warehouse, scheduling and organizing employees to ensure proper staffing, providing constructive and timely performance evaluations, and handling discipline of employees per company policies in collaboration with Human Resources. This position is responsible for directing the daily activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, shipping, handling returned/damaged goods, and administrative activities to ensure customer requirements are met.
