Assists the Division Manager/Director of Transportation Operations in directing daily public transit operations and administration to ensure compliance with CTtransit, federal, state, local, and contractual requirements, conformity with company goals, and responsiveness to customer expectations in the Hartford division. Assists the Division Manager/Director of Transportation Operations to direct and monitor all transportation activities including dispatching, work distribution, and supervision of street operations to ensure safe, reliable, responsive service within the Hartford, New Haven and/or Stamford division.
