The Supervisor partners across Transportation Planning, carriers, vendors, Business Enablement, Strategy & Analytics, Freight Payment, EDI, Consolidation, Special Services, Supply Chain Investigations, and IT to maintain freight flow, improve carrier and operational performance, strengthen AP processes and controls, and advance workflow and technology improvements. Oversee resolution of inbound transportation exceptions and complex issues, including carrier service failures, missed pickups, delivery delays, load execution issues, and systemic challenges; ensure effective escalation, follow-through, and accurate load status.
