As the facility''s primary supply chain leader, you''ll ensure materials and services are available to support production, new product launches, and business growth, while supervising Purchasing and Logistics staff and partnering closely with Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Finance, and Corporate Supply Chain. Own purchasing & procurement: Manage sourcing for direct and indirect materials; build supplier relationships around quality, cost, delivery, and service; negotiate pricing, terms, and supply agreements; drive cost reduction and manage supplier risk; support sourcing for new product launches and engineering changes.
