A qualified applicant's experience must include the following skills: 4 years of IT consulting or advisory experience with a focus on client workplace and employee strategies, including application rationalizations, experience management offices, and Data, Analytics & Machine Learning adoption programs; 4 years interfacing with executive-level clients, assessing clients’ goals and objectives, and conducting workplace business cases with the ability to translate ideas into strategic and practical solutions; 4 years of experience facilitating design-led thinking sessions with senior leadership and analytics or emerging technologies associated with data upskilling sessions such as prompt-a-thons for large cohorts of client employees; 4 years delivering large scale integrated workplace/employee experience solutions, including the associated organizational/cultural change; 4 years advising on and implementing Microsoft Workplace technologies such as M365 Suite, Copilot, Viva, Planner, and/or Power Platform; and 4 years partnering with and giving direction to nearshore and offshore teams as part of Microsoft technology adoption initiatives. This role supports Avanade’s market positioning through contributions to Workplace Experience (WX) and Advisory thought leadership, with responsibilities that include: advising clients on technology-driven workplace transformations, aligning solutions with business and operational goals; developing and delivering WX strategies across technology, people, and processes; supporting business development by aligning client needs with proposals, contracts, and delivery capabilities; crafting solution proposals and collaborating across internal teams to secure new engagements; and partnering with nearshore and offshore delivery teams to implement workplace solutions.
