Oversee day-to-day client relationships for assigned agencies and assume full accountability for superior client satisfaction from a service perspective; Organize regular meetings with assigned clients and partners and handle associated follow-up meetings which may be virtual or in-person; Travel as required to meet in person with clients primarily in California and occasionally to other states; Prepare analyses and presentation materials to support meeting goals/objectives; Effectively communicate with clients, partners, and internal departments to address all client needs and provide necessary research, problem solving, and provide support to consultants to manage (often complex) problems through to resolution; Attend ad hoc events such as benefit fairs, partner/client networking events, etc. Benefits: Vacation, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Disability Insurance, Profit-Sharing Plan, FSA, HSA, Dependent FSA, Supplemental Insurance plans (Short term disability, long term disability, voluntary life insurance, hospital indemnity, accident, and cancer, Group term life insurance), and Paid Sick Leave (Minimum of 40 hours per year).
