Responsibilities include, but are not limited to troubleshooting problems, developing processes for reporting, tracking issues and problems registered as help desk tickets, classifying help desk tickets, assigning them for corrective action, determining the root cause of problems as well as the process for verifying that ticket problems are resolved. Experience in DTS should include DTS travel documents, Non-DTS Entry Agents (NDEAs) functions, cancellation procedures, constructed travel, FY crossover, Group Travel, Itinerary changes, Routing lists, Authorizations, Vouchers, and Government Travel Credit Card program (Individual and Centrally Billed Accounts).
