Summary: Work in close collaboration with the Trueblood Element Programs, FPATH (Forensic Projects for Assistance in Transition from Homelessness), FHARPS (Forensic Housing and Recovery through Peer Services), OCRP (Outpatient Competency Restoration Program), and the DSHS (Department of Social and Health Services) FNs (Forensic Navigators), as well as the internal program MA (Medical Assistant), to provide effective medical and Prescriber services to Program Participants where they are in the community and in county/city jails as appropriate, regardless of medical insurance coverage or Medicaid status. Provide basic medical care services for the Program Participants, including but not limited to the following: wound care and foot care, sexually transmitted infections, Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), and Hepatitis C testing, Birth control, Naloxone and overdose prevention training, vaccines, and care for acute and chronic conditions.
