Provide critical care nursing for a diverse patient population including sepsis, respiratory failure, thoracic surgery, vascular surgery, GI bleed, liver transplant, and multi-system organ failure — excluding CV and Neuro populations. Manage and operate advanced clinical equipment including vents, tracheostomy care, chest tubes, CPAP/BiPAP, CRRT/dialysis, PA lines, CVP lines, Arctic Sun, cooling/warming blankets, and rapid infusers.
