Staff Supervision & Leadership: Supervise RNs, LPNs, and CNAs on assigned shifts, Assign duties and ensure proper coverage, Provide guidance, coaching, and support, Address: Performance issues, Unprofessional behavior and Policy violations. Documentation & Care Planning: Ensure accurate and timely documentation, Review Nursing notes, Incident reports, Care plans both baseline and comprehensive, Ensure proper use of GG documentation and ADL charting.
