This position requires availability for night shifts in a float pool environment, where the candidate must be willing to float across multiple ICU units, including Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU), Surgical and Trauma Intensive Care Unit (SICU), Neuro Intensive Care Unit (Neuro ICU), and Cardiothoracic Intensive Care Unit (CICU). Float: Float to Neuro ICU, Surgical/Trauma ICU, Cardiac ICU, and CTICU based on HCP experience; floating to any IMC with patient ratios of 1:2, up to 1:3 in IMC.
