The Administrator provides leadership to clinical and non-clinical departments, oversees financial and operational performance, develops and retains employees, promotes resident and family satisfaction, and works collaboratively with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation professionals, residents, families, and the broader community. Grand Islander provides ShortStay and LongTerm care, memory support, neurological and rehabilitative services, palliative care, wound care, hospice, medication management, and physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
