This position delivers care at mobile clinic sites and elsewhere as needed, including, but not limited to, performing physical examinations, diagnosing illness, taking vitals, prescribing medications, scheduling follow-up appointments, and providing healthcare training on various public health topics. The purpose of the grant is to continue an established Mobile Health Unit (MHU) Program that delivers innovative, evidence-based healthcare services to rural populations in Lake and Lauderdale counties onsite and neighboring counties through telehealth.
