Updated resume, Basic Life Support (BLS - AHA or Red Cross), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS - AHA or Red Cross), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS - AHA or Red Cross), National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC), current drivers license (DL), and an active Washington or Compact RN license. *Rate is comprised of taxable hourly rate, specifically including if applicable, nontaxable (housing and M&IE) stipends converted to an hourly rate based on a 36-hour work week, and may be eligible for overtime .
