Required Qualifications: Certifications: AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS); Education/Experience: 2+ years of ICU experience, large teaching hospital experience preferred, prior travel ICU experience required, Epic EMR experience from within the past 2 years, minimum of 2 years of experience, and the ability to manage complex critical care cases including CRRT, ECMO, Covid, vents, and multiple drips. This role involves floating across various ICU units within a central pool, including medical ICU, overflow neuro, SICU, and other specialized units, providing critical patient care for a diverse patient population.
