Vital signs are completed typically q4 hours or as ordered by the physician, which includes post-procedure vital signs order set, q2 hour vital signs for patient on detox protocol, and q2 hour vital signs for patients on certain vasoactive & antiarrhythmic medications as directed by the formulary.
