Working closely with Executive Directors, Directors of Patient Care Services (DPCS), Quality leadership, and the interdisciplinary team, this individual will drive quality initiatives, improve operational performance, mentor clinical leaders, and ensure regulatory readiness across the region. The ideal candidate is a seasoned hospice clinical leader who thrives in a multi-site environment, excels at mentoring teams, and is passionate about building a culture centered on clinical excellence, accountability, and exceptional patient outcomes.
