Must demonstrate proficiency in multiple critical care skills, including but not limited to: - Blood product administration - Care of ventilated patients - Starting and maintaining IVs - Management of dysrhythmias - IV vasopressors - Understanding and interpretation of arterial blood gases (ABGs) - Triage and sepsis protocol familiarity Must be able to handle various patient conditions, including but not limited to: - Abdominal pain - Seizures - Traumatic injuries - Respiratory infections - Neuro-trauma Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
