Blue Sky Utility / Nofar USA is a growing renewable energy platform developing, acquiring, financing, and operating energy assets across the U.S. We are seeking an experienced Director, Treasury to own the company's treasury function and manage the day-to-day work required to support a growing and increasingly complex portfolio. You have the judgment and experience to advise a CFO, communicate confidently with lenders and banking partners, and understand the implications of complex financing structures — but you are equally comfortable opening the spreadsheet, logging into the bank portal, reconciling a cash position, reviewing a covenant calculation, or preparing a lender package yourself.
