Operates heavy motorized vehicles and highway maintenance equipment such as but not limited to, a power grader, bulldozer, backhoe, track/ rubber-tired excavator, semi-trailer, dump truck, flat bed, skid steer, utility tractor, aerial bucket truck, front-end loader, tandem-axle truck, crane and snowplow. The Transportation Worker 3 Equipment Operator will report to the yard office at the Equipment Division located in Upshur County, under general supervision, this role performs full-performance level skilled work in the support of construction and maintenance of highways.
