While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to (for prolonged periods of time) stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls: reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; enter and exit the cab of a commercial motor vehicle; balance: stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear; communicate verbally and in writing; taste and smell. Assist the Regional Training Manager in implementing Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) policy to include accurate and detailed information filled out on SAP forms, issuing written counseling statements to students to encourage progress and discussing the action plan for continuing training.
