Updating of all equipment reports, co-ordinates street turns with truckers, updates daily inventory, trouble shoots incoming calls, processes all OFH payments from direct depot returns off street, monitors idle stock on street, processes invoices, handles equipment release, sales/courtesy pick up/ etc., push rails and handle any issues that occur. Ensure highest quality data integrity as systems are updated, constant clear communication regarding Cold treatment to all parties.
