Plan, implement, and deliver ongoing and specialized safety and compliance training for transportation staff, including Accident Response Training, CPI, CPR/First Aid, defensive driving, adverse weather and mountain terrain operations, substance abuse awareness, required annual CDE in-service safety meetings, continuous improvement initiatives, and small vehicle/van training. Must obtain and maintain the following required certifications within three (3) months of hire: Entry-Level Driver Training (ELDT) instructor certification, CPR/First Aid Certification, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) Certification, and Colorado CDL Third-Party Tester License.
