This role is highly cross-functional and collaborative, partnering closely with Column’s Executive, Solutions Engineering, Sales, Compliance, and Correspondent Banking teams to ensure customers are onboarded smoothly, that we can anticipate and address both issues and opportunities for growth, and that these relationships are healthy and mutually beneficial. We have spent our careers founding and scaling companies like Plaid, Square, Meta, Blend, and Affirm, and have seen this problem firsthand — builders and developers needing to partner with traditional banks, and creating API and abstraction layers over the patchwork that is the bank, its core, and many other vendors.
