Serve as the school lead for planning, coordinating, and managing community schools efforts, setting priorities, aligning partners and resources, and working closely with school leadership to ensure effective, accountable, and data-informed implementation of family supports. Grounded in the Community Schools model, this role builds trusting relationships with families, coordinates family-centered programming, and ensures family voice is embedded in school decision-making.
