This position requires a positive, self-motivated person with excellent interpersonal communication skills, willing to work in an environment requiring strong emphasis on providing superior student support in conformance with the University mission and values. To this end, the tutor will often be required to demonstrate a caring and patient attitude, to utilize conflict resolution skills, and to ensure that every effort is made to supply students with quality academic assistance in the area of tutoring.
