p>Education and Certification Requirements: High school graduate or GED equivalent or higher Teaching instructing or tutoring experience working with youth in public schools, church-related schools, day camps, youth groups, private schools, licensed day care centers, or other approved settings preferred College Degree and/or Teacher certification preferred but not required Must have satisfactory outcome of fingerprinting background check Retired professional educators may work part-time as per their TRS work schedule permits. Occasional heavy lifting 45 pounds or over and positioning or students with physical disabilities assisting non-ambulatory students lifting and moving classroom equipment, including textbooks and materials.
