Our student needs help building strong conceptual understanding and fluency across key Grade 2 topics, including: Number sense & place value: representing numbers, expanded notation, patterns, and simple data work. MCPS emphasizes interactive problem-solving, math discourse, and justifying reasoning , so we’re looking for someone who can coach students to talk through their strategies—not just get answers.
