Members serve on designated in-service and training days and participate in required events, which may include Saturday Academy, Power Up, MLK Day of Service, AmeriCorps Week, Career Day, an end-of-year celebration, and Commission-hosted events. Members work alongside teachers to provide consistent literacy and mathematics support for elementary students and help every student experience school as a place where they belong and can succeed.
