This position will develop, plan and implement an educational program for residents in Linden House that meets their individual needs, interests and abilities as well as increasing self-motivation, independence, self-esteem and productivity. Instruct individuals in academic subject, utilizing various teaching techniques, such as phonetics, multi-sensory learning, and repetition to reinforce learning.
